Terms of Service
Last updated: February 19, 2026. By using Rollout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your Account
When you create a Rollout account, you're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Rollout, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Each account is owned by one organization. The person who signs up for the account is the account owner. The account owner can invite team members and assign roles with different permission levels. The account owner is responsible for the actions of all users on the account.
Free Trial
When you sign up for Rollout, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
At the end of your trial, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Rollout. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused and you won't be able to access Rollout until you subscribe. Your data will be preserved for 60 days after your trial ends.
We may change the length or terms of the free trial at any time without notice.
Payment & Billing
Rollout is a paid subscription service available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Billing begins when you subscribe after your free trial.
Monthly pricing is $79/month for up to 5 users, plus $19/month for each additional user. Annual pricing is $790/year for up to 5 users, plus $190/year for each additional user. All prices are in USD.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. We charge the payment method on file on the renewal date. If payment fails, we'll notify you and retry a few times. If we can't collect payment after multiple attempts, your account may be paused until the balance is resolved.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you don't agree with the new pricing, you can cancel before the next cycle begins.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Cancellation is immediate — no phone calls, no emails, no hoops to jump through.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you'll continue to have full access until that period ends.
After your billing period ends, your account will be paused. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access, as long as your data hasn't been permanently deleted (see "Data Deletion" below).
See our refund policy for details on refunds.
Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim any ownership over the business data you enter into Rollout, including customer records, job details, invoices, photos, and time entries.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Rollout service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. We will not use your data to train AI models or for advertising.
You can export your data at any time while your account is active. See our privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.
Data Deletion
If you cancel your account or your account is paused due to non-payment, we'll keep your data intact for 60 days. During this time, you can resubscribe and pick up right where you left off, or contact us to export your data.
After 60 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. This includes all customer records, job data, invoices, time entries, photos, and any other content you've stored in Rollout.
Your data may persist in our encrypted backups for up to an additional 30 days after deletion from active systems. Backups are automatically purged on a rolling basis and are not accessible for restoration after deletion from active systems.
If you want your data deleted immediately — without the 60-day retention period — contact us at hello@gorollout.com and we'll process the request within 5 business days. This action is irreversible.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use Rollout in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
We won't terminate your account without cause. If we need to terminate your account for a terms violation, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to export your data — unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action (for example, using Rollout for illegal activity).
If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Rollout for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
- Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
- Use automated scripts to access or scrape the service without our written consent
- Use the service to store or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
If we determine that your use of Rollout violates this policy, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your account. We prefer to resolve issues through conversation first, so we'll reach out to you before taking action whenever possible.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Rollout available 99.9% of the time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that requires temporary downtime.
We'll give you advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible. For unplanned outages, we'll communicate status updates as quickly as we can.
Limitation of Liability
Rollout is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rollout and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Rollout after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you disagree with a change, you can cancel your account before the changes take effect. We'll never make changes that are retroactive or that reduce your rights under these terms without giving you the option to cancel.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rollout will be resolved in the courts located in Utah.
