We're on a mission to help trades businesses thrive
Rollout was born from frustration. We knew there had to be a better way to run a field service business than spreadsheets, sticky notes, and shouting across the office.
Hi, I'm Alex.
Rollout started with a simple problem. My spouse began doing handyman work, and every field service app we tried was either too complicated, too expensive, or clearly not designed for small operations.
I had been thinking about building this kind of software for years. Watching the business get managed with spreadsheets and a handful of disconnected tools finally made the problem impossible to ignore.
So I built Rollout—software designed around how small field service businesses actually work, with real constraints and no unnecessary complexity. It took longer than I expected, but watching it make the day-to-day easier made it worth it.
I also know what it's like to watch software eat into a small business budget. Rollout is priced for the shops that can't justify hundreds of dollars per technician per month—because we've been that shop.
We're now opening Rollout to early adopters. If you want a practical field service platform built from real-world use, not assumptions, we'd love for you to try it and help shape what comes next.

What we believe
Our values guide everything we do—from product decisions to customer support.
Built for the trades
We don't try to be everything for everyone. Rollout is purpose-built for field service businesses—plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors who get their hands dirty every day.
Simple beats complex
Every feature we build has to pass a simple test: will this make our customers' lives easier? If software requires training, it's too complicated.
Customer obsessed
We talk to customers every single day. Their feedback shapes our roadmap. When you email support, you're talking to someone who actually uses the product.
Honest and transparent
No hidden fees, no surprises, no dark patterns. We price fairly, communicate clearly, and admit when we mess up.
Ready to try it?
We're launching to early adopters. If you're looking for a modern, streamlined field service platform, we'd love to have you try it.
