Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name. We need this to provide you with our service.

Business data. This includes customer records, job details, invoices, time entries, and other data you enter into Rollout. This data belongs to you.

Payment information. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data securely.

Location data. If you enable location services in our mobile app, we collect location data for geofencing and time tracking features. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.

Usage data. We collect anonymous usage data to improve our service, including page views, feature usage, and error reports.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Rollout service
• Process payments and send transaction emails (invoices, receipts, reminders)
• Send you important service updates and security alerts
• Provide customer support when you reach out
• Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.

Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. All connections to Rollout are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL.

Each account's data is isolated from other accounts. Your employees can only access data within your organization based on the permissions you assign.

We perform regular backups and have disaster recovery procedures in place to protect your data.

We use the following third-party services to operate Rollout:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Hetzner — cloud infrastructure
• Amazon SES — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — file storage and CDN
• Expo — mobile push notifications and app updates
• Radar — geocoding and address lookup

Each of these services has their own privacy policy, linked above. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their service.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Export your data at any time from your account settings
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
